Claire Olinik is the founder of Good Harbor, a digital studio that helps small business owners build and maintain their corner of the internet, including websites, marketing automation, CRM systems, and AI voice agents, so they can focus on what they're actually good at instead of fighting with technology.

Claire is a former music educator with a degree in music education from East Carolina University who spent five years in the classroom before her husband's growing web business pulled her in as a customer service representative. What started as a temporary detour became a decade-long career running the company.

What sets Claire apart isn't the technology, it's the way she teaches it. She believes most business owners have been sold products they never understood, in language nobody bothered to translate. To her, explaining the work is part of the work, not a courtesy that comes afterward. She builds practical marketing systems that people can actually manage, especially the business owners who would rather not think about marketing at all. She meets clients where they are, breaks down complicated problems into manageable steps, and makes sure no one feels foolish for asking questions.

Claire values long-term relationships, which is why her core team has worked together for over a decade and she’s maintained clients since 2014. Today, Good Harbor serves businesses ranging from local companies to nationally recognized brands, including Once Upon a Coconut, backed by investor Daymond John.

She lives in Central Florida with her husband, their two boys, and far too many board games.
